What happens next

  1. I reply personally: confirm your place and explain how the cohort works.
  2. On the eve of the start — the five rules and the baseline questionnaire (5 minutes).
  3. Every morning at 7:30 — the day card; in the evening — three lines; Sunday — the circle.
You can change your mind at any step — before the start and after. The door here opens both ways, and that is a principle, not politeness. We hide nothing: the method, all 30 days, the measurement protocol and the sources are open in full — I'll send the complete package to anyone on request before they join. Careful: it contains the Day 15 spoiler.
