The 30 Days course: twelve qualities × two turns

The first two weeks — twelve trials in everyday language, without a single term. Day 15 — the Name. The second half — the same twelve qualities by name and one step deeper. Four Sunday circles, a finale with a mini-Wheel. Free, 20–30 minutes a day.

🌀

A spiral, not a list

You will live each quality twice: first with your hands (turn 1, days 1–13), then by name (turn 2, days 16–29). The same tuning-fork painting accompanies both turns — at the second meeting the image is recognised and opens differently.

🔑

Experience before the name

Until Day 15 the course names neither the source nor the qualities — out of respect for experience, not out of cunning: “First we shall apply the counsels of life. Then we shall pronounce the name.” If you want to know right away — ask personally; we answer before you join.

A measurement, not an impression

Questionnaires on days 0, 30, 45 and 90 across three scales — attention, evenness of reactions, clarity of “why” — plus a diary of facts. On Day 30 — a mini-Wheel; on Day 45 — the real Wheel of Qualities.

What a day looks like

Painting and question. 60 seconds before a Roerich canvas and one question that changes the optics of the day. One phrase in reply.
One practice. Tiny and daring: three breaths before answering a barb; a “thank you” for a specific deed; the call you have been carrying for nine days.
A small contribution. The practice flows into at least a small benefit for another person, a team or a space.
Three lines. Not a diary and not a confession — facts: what I noticed, what I did, what I take into tomorrow. Into the chat or silently to yourself.
Audio for the night. 3–4 minutes of a voice that is in no hurry. The day settles — and lets you sleep.
The minimum for a hard day is 7 minutes. Slipped? One rule: never miss twice in a row. Coming back after a slip is the practice itself.

Turn 1 · experience without names

Days 15–30 contain the names of the qualities and the source of the method. If you are still on the first turn — do not open: there is more behind this door than you think, and recognition cannot be given as a gift.

The month is built like a good story

Days 1–7

Twelve trials — without names

Each day — one small trial: a pause of three breaths before answering a barb; a “thank you” for a specific deed, not “for everything”; 20% fewer words in conversations; one step you had been putting off out of fear. No theory, no terms — only actions the size of one day. Sunday — the first circle: 90 minutes where everyone speaks for three minutes and the rest simply listen. No comments and no grades. Many find themselves, for the first time in years, in a place where they are listened to without interruption.

between someone's barb and your answer there is a gap — three breaths of silence in which you are the master again. That is the first discovery, and it is already yours for good.

Days 8–14

The material begins to resist

The trials get subtler: not to break the chain of daily actions; to hold someone else's truth beside your own in an argument; to do something not for yourself — and tell no one; to live one moment without haste, as important. The second circle: “which trial turned out to be yours — and which one resisted”. Spoiler: the hardest one is almost the same for everyone, and that is surprisingly liberating.

resistance is not about “it isn't working” — it is a map: it shows exactly where your place of growth is. You will know yours.

Day 15

Day 15 — the climax: the Day of the Name.

For two weeks you trained nameless things. Today they receive names — and you receive a vocabulary for your own experience: what you called “the pause”, a tradition of a thousand pages calls equilibrium and considers a law that contains all the others; “a word carried through to the deed” — devotion; “a moment without haste” — solemnity. And you learn the tradition itself: its name, its books, where all of this can be checked on your own. Participants describe the effect of Day 15 in the same words: “so that's what I've been doing”. That is exactly why we keep silent for two weeks — recognition cannot be given as a gift, only earned. For two weeks you will walk towards this door not knowing what is behind it. We promise one thing: there is more behind it than you think.

Days 16–29

The second turn: the same doors — but now you have the keys

The same twelve qualities — by name and one step deeper. The pause of the first week becomes training of an unshakeable centre in your personal “slip spot”. A simple “thank you” — gratitude to someone it is hard to thank. For every day — a precise anchor in the source: you can check every word. Circles 3 and 4: “what changed when the quality got a name” and “what I take with me”.

a name is a handle by which a state can be taken hold of. Irritation recognised by name before it got behind the wheel — is no longer the master.

Day 30

The mini-Wheel: the first map of yourself

The finale is not “congratulations, well done” but a tool: a rough pass through all twelve qualities with a score of 0–5. For the first time you see your character as a map — two strong peaks and two gaps that it is now impossible not to look at.

3–4 practices grown into your day · the experience of four circles · a vocabulary of twelve qualities · and a map of exactly where it leaks. Then — as you wish.
