Will this help with money and relationships?
Indirectly — yes, and here is the mechanism without magic: the promotion goes to the person who can be relied on. People choose the one they feel calm around. Money is kept by the one who can tell the big from the urgent. That is exactly what we train — evenness, keeping your word, seeing, discernment; the fruits come as a consequence, not as a promise from a landing page. Nobody who measures honestly gives guarantees in numbers.
What is an “ethical tradition”?
A school of practical ethics: not “what to think about life” but “how to live” — concrete qualities of character and daily practices for developing them. The one we draw on was written down in Russian about a century ago; the texts are fully open. We will say its name on Day 15 — and personally, if you ask, right away.
Is this a religion? Will I have to believe in something?
No. The course is about attention, speech, work and benefit. The practice does not interfere with believers and demands no belief from sceptics: everything is tested by your own experience — that is the method.
Why is the source named only on Day 15?
Out of respect for experience: first try, then attach labels. The name is not hidden — it is deferred; anyone can learn it personally before joining, simply by asking.
How much time does it take?
20–30 minutes a day in parts + 90 minutes on Sunday. The minimum for a hard day is 7 minutes, and it honestly counts.
Why a programme, if life teaches everything anyway?
It does — but expensively and slowly: a lesson not named as a lesson is lived as misfortune and repeats until it is learned. Practice changes four things: the blow becomes an exercise, because it is named; the muscle is trained before the blow, in small doses; a small lesson comes every day, not once a year; and there is a circle and measurements nearby, where growth is visible. Life is a gym open to everyone. We are the coach and the training plan.
What if I slip?
One rule: never miss twice in a row. Coming back after a slip is the training itself. Nobody scolds you.
Why free? What's the catch?
The project is non-commercial: participation is free at every level, and no profit is taken. Right now the costs are minimal and covered personally; if infrastructure costs appear with growth, they will be covered by voluntary donations with open accounts — but not by a fee for the practice. On the pilot cohort your honest feedback and measurements are the only “payment”.
Is this a cult?
The right question — always ask it. Check by the signs: you can leave on any day without explanations; we collect no money at all; there is no guru — there are open texts a century old in the public domain; you may stay silent, that is full participation; all materials are entirely public. A cult is built exactly the other way round on every point.
What religion are you? Isn't this against my faith?
The course is about attention, speech, work and benefit; it does not require you to pray or believe, and it does not contradict faith. The source of the method is an ethical tradition; we name it on Day 15 — personally, right away. We do not argue with any confession and work in a parallel cultural field.
What if I have a diagnosis or I am in therapy?
The course neither replaces nor cancels work with a specialist. Take the practices in a comfortable amount — the daily minimum is enough. If something in the course gets in the way, tell the leader: we will remove it. In an acute state — the specialist first; the course can wait.
Can I lead my own circle?
Yes — that is the whole idea: the system grows through the school of leaders, not through advertising. After 30 days and a 90-day cycle you can become a co-leader of the next cohort, and then lead your own circle. A leader is a keeper of rhythm and safety, not a “senior in spirituality”. More →
