A path without a ceiling — with honest levels

The whole programme: from one day to a path the length of a life

Motivation burns out in three days. Character stays for good. Thirty days are the foundation; then begins what no marathon has: a ladder with no finish line and with levels, each of them voluntary.

The ladder of offers: five steps of entry

StepPromiseWhat's inside
1 dayTry one day of practice — 25 minutesThe One-Day File: the Day 1 card and the audio text, open and printable
30 daysSteadiness, evenness and a clear answer to “why” — in a month at 25 minutes a dayThe spiral course: 12 qualities × 2 turns, four circles, free
90 daysOne quality — to the point of automatism: not a mood, but a trait of characterThe Wheel → a cycle of one quality by the Practicum
The Great CircleTwelve qualities — twelve cycles: years of meaningful work on yourselfRepeat Wheels, a small circle, projects for the Common Good
The length of a lifePerfection is boundless — and that is the best news: there is no ceilingLiving Ethics in full; service; leading circles

Seven steps of the path

Each step moves a quality from inspiration into behaviour, from behaviour into cooperation, from cooperation into benefit. You can complete the path after any step without guilt: voluntariness is a load-bearing principle.

Entry — 30 days of “Fire of Ethics”

A first experience of thought, speech, heart, work, cooperation and benefit — without the name of the system until Day 15. Result: a person tests the practice against life.

1

Mirror — the Wheel of Qualities, 7 days after Day 45

Self-observation across 12 qualities; a score is given only when there is a fact from the last 7 days. Result: an honest map — a supporting quality and a growth quality.

2

Depth — 90 days of one quality

One focus: morning — intention, day — action, evening — fact, week — contribution. Result: the quality passes into habit and deed.

3

Cooperation — a small circle of 5–7 people

The group holds one direction for 90 days without grades, pressure or a guru-leader. Result: trust, rhythm, shared work.

4

Common Good — a quality project

The circle does a small cultural, educational or spatial project. Result: the quality becomes visible benefit.

5

Passing it on — the school of leaders

Keepers of rhythm and safety are trained, not “seniors in spirituality”. Result: the system scales without a cult of personality.

6

Network — cultural evolution

Cities, museums, universities, publications, projects protecting culture. Result: private practices become a cultural phenomenon.

The eternal minimum — two minutes a day

What remains for good is the morning phrase of intention and the evening fact. The practice is alive as long as the minimum is alive — that is the only lifelong rule. On any floor the same four tools work: the rhythm of the day, the Wheel, the circle, the minimum. Nothing is bought or invented later: one mechanism, endless depth.

A shared beat, a personal focus

All participants in 90-day cycles follow one calendar, but each with their own quality: enrolment four times a year by the seasonal Wheels; in the circle people share structure (where I slipped → what came before it → the minimum for tomorrow), not the content of the quality. A newcomer works on their quality on the floor of application, a veteran on the same quality on the floor of service.

Two paths: life and practice

Qualities grow without a programme too — through life itself, but slowly and painfully: a lesson not named as a lesson is lived as misfortune and repeats until it is learned. Practice changes four things: awareness (the blow becomes an exercise), anticipation (the muscle is trained before the blow), density (a small lesson every day) and mirrors (the circle and the Wheel). Life is a gym open to everyone; practice is the coach and the training plan.

Why twelve

There is no canonical list of qualities in the Teaching — that is the source's own position. Our twelve were chosen by explicit criteria: the source itself calls each a foundation or a key; the others (patience, honesty, humility, compassion) can be derived from their combinations; each has a counterweight. The model is open to refutation — more on the qualities page.
