Step 1 · mirror · after Day 45The Wheel of Qualities: an honest map of character, by the facts
We do not measure a “level of spirituality” — we observe deeds from the past week. A strict rule is built into the form: the score opens only after a fact has been written down. No fact in 7 days — no score. The data is stored only in your browser.
| Score | Meaning | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | I do not observe the quality in action | No fact from the last 7 days |
| 1 | I remember after the situation | Understood late, but saw it |
| 2 | I apply it in simple situations | When it is easy — the quality shows |
| 3 | I hold it under ordinary strain | Under strain at work or in the family, held it at least partly |
| 4 | I keep it in a hard situation | In conflict, fear or tiredness the quality did not disappear |
| 5 | The quality helps others | Through it, things became clearer, calmer or more useful for others |
The difference between a fact and a self-assessment is the whole point
- Equilibrium — 2 — “on Wednesday I didn't answer the barb in the work chat; at home the same evening I snapped over a trifle”.
- Gratitude — 3 — “on Friday I thanked the security guard by name for holding the door while I carried boxes”.
- Striving — 1 — “all week I didn't remember why I am doing the project; I remembered only while filling in this line”.
Not a single line of “I've become calmer” or “I feel growth” — only events an outside witness would have seen. The Wheel is done after Day 45, when the emotional lift of the finale has passed and you can see what remained.

Seven days of diagnosis
| Day | Focus | Question of the day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fact instead of self-image | We learn to tell a fact from an opinion and a flattering self-story |
| 2 | Triad of Striving: striving, devotion, solemnity | Where is my vector pointed — and what am I faithful to by deed? |
| 3 | Triad of the Heart: love, selflessness, gratitude | Who felt warmer because of me — and whose work did I notice? |
| 4 | Triad of Steadiness: equilibrium, courage, rhythm | How do I behave when it is hard, frightening or routine? |
| 5 | The Arch of Measure: containment, co-measurement, joy | Was my measure precise — and what was I able to contain? |
| 6 | Assembling the wheel | For each of the 12 qualities — a score of 0–5 plus one fact |
| 7 | Choice | One supporting quality and one growth quality for 90 days |
The outcome of the diagnosis: a supporting quality (the strongest score — the one you lean on) and a growth quality for 90 days (the most honest gap). Only one growth quality is chosen — spreading yourself thin breaks the cycle. Next — the Practicum and the 90-day notebook.
