The meaning of the day
the first day is an honest beginning: not a promise to become perfect, but a decision to check what changes in an ordinary day when the day is given a direction. One phrase — “why I am here” — is worth more than ten plans.
What to do today
- 07:30–08:00open the painting and look at it for 60 seconds. Question of the day: the messenger sails in the dark, but his direction is clear to him. And you — where to, today?
- 08:00–08:10write down one phrase: how does this image touch my day today?
- 11:00–13:00the main practice: in the morning write down one phrase: “today, one step towards the future is …” — and take that step before evening.
- 15:00–18:00a small contribution / benefit: tell one person that you are starting a 30-day experiment — no campaigning, just the fact.
- 20:30–20:50fill in the evening answer in the format below.
- 20:50–21:00send your answer to the chat: briefly, without a novel and without self-criticism.
- 21:00–21:30after you have posted your answer, listen to the evening audio of the day.
The minimum for a hard day. one phrase in the morning: “today, one step towards the future is…”. That is enough — the day counts.
The anti-distortion of the day. striving is an even vector, not a fanatical lunge; a flare burns out in three days.
